Steel Design & Fabrication
We can manufacture items in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, using MIG, TIG and MMA welding processes.
We have machinery with capabilities of guillotining 3m x 10mm thick, 3m folding, plasma cutting, oxyacetylene cutting, drilling, pipe bending to 180°, sawing, punching and rolling. With forklift loading facilities and articulated lorry accessibility.
We can offer finishes in Galvanising to BS EN1461 1999, powder coated or self-colour/primed.

Our company has, throughout it’s history designed bespoke or small batch fabrications for mainly the construction industry and water industry but are also happy to take on projects for other public works and utilities, builders etc.
Likewise we can manufacture based on designs/drawings supplied by clients.
We can produce drawings for approval if required and work closely with an independent structural engineer for calculations if necessary.
We are happy to offer quotations at tender stage and usually work on a fixed price basis.
Installation
Installing Steel Fabrication
Although we manufacture ex-works items with delivery if required, the majority of our work is provided on a supply and install basis.
We have a dedicated installation team.
All our on-site installation personnel are current CSCS card and EUSR card holders. We also have slinger/signaller operators and confined space trained personnel.
We have vehicles fully equipped with our own plant to ensure we can carry out most installations without additional hire charges to our customers.
We are based on the Worcestershire/Gloucestershire border but undertake installations within a 150 mile radius.
